The evening menu changes regularly based on the chef’s selection.

Mackerel and Whitby crab

Served with pickled cucumber, Granny Smith apple, sorrel and sourdough croutons.

Butternut squash soup

Served with crispy onions, chives and dock pudding.

Yellison Farm goat’s cheese and pickled watermelon salad

Served with beetroot, orange, candied walnuts and figs.

Scotch egg

Bury black pudding, wood pigeon and Todmorden dried ham scotch egg.

MAIN COURSES

North Sea halibut

Served with Masala spiced pumpkin, saag aloo, tandoori onions and purple sprouting broccoli.

Herb fed chicken

Served with confit potato, peas, broad beans, Gem lettuce and butter sauce.

Tomahawk steak for 2 (£20 supplement)

Ribeye on the bone. Served with traditional garnish, tomatoes, mushrooms and triple-cooked chips.

Homemade Wellington of Lee Horsley’s fillet beef

Served with mushroom duxelle, dried Calderdale ham, baby carrots Hasselback potatoes & truffled Maderia sauce.

Soft garden herbs and watercress risotto

Served with crispy artichokes, nettle pesto and chestnut purée.

DESSERTS

Sugar-glazed creamy rice pudding

Served with caramelised peaches.

Homemade sticky toffee pudding

Served with miso salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.

White chocolate and marshmallow parfait

Served with dried raspberries and raspberry coulis.

Garstang Blue cheese

Served with homemade Eccles cakes and an apple and grape gel.
