The evening menu changes regularly based on the chef’s selection.

Served with cured salmon and pineapple tartar and romesco sauce.

Soup of the day

Served with crispy onions, warm bread and butter.

Slow cooked brisket

Served with duxelle, creamed potato and beef fat panko.

Sweet french toast

Served with celeriac and ham remoulade and a raisin puree.

Fillet beef Rossini

Served with chicken liver pate, triple cooked chips, wild mushrooms and a truffle Madeira sauce.

Pan roasted salmon

Served with Koffman cabbage, Parmentier potatoes and lobster foam.

Pork cutlet

Served with Hasselback potatoes, Granny Smith apple and steak garnish.

Pumpkin gnocchi

Served with crispy onion, Yorkshire blue cheese and honey.

Sticky toffee pudding

Served with vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Garstang blue

Served with homemade Eccles cake and artisan crackers.

Raspberry and vanilla creme brulee

Served with brandy snaps.

Served with Sicilian lemon curd and macerated strawberries.
